Drifting Downstream:
Guided Relaxation for Stress Reduction (Audio CD)

Drifting Downstream: Guided Relaxation for Stress Reduction was developed in the clinical practice of Dr. Kimeron Hardin to assist his clients in reducing the effects of stress on their bodies and minds. For sixteen years, he has promoted health and wellness by encouraging the regular practice of stress reduction techniques. Listen as he takes you on a peaceful journey from head to toe, allowing your mind and body to completely relax, heal and refresh..

The Chronic Pain Control Workbook

In 1996, the publisher, New Harbinger, asked Dr. Hardin to co-author, with Ellen Catalano, a new and updated version of the first edition which includes step by step exercises for managing the physical and emotional aspects of chronic pain. Several chapters were written by well-known pain specialists and include tips on medications for pain, nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction. Recently, the English-language version has gone out of print and Dr. Hardin is working on a completely new pain management book to be release in the near future.

Drifting Into Sleep:
A Step by Step Guide to Falling Asleep (Audio CD)

Drifting Into Sleep: A Step by Step Guide to Falling Asleep is the followup to Drifting Downstream and is designed specifically to help you take your mind off the stresses of the day and fall asleep. Not only is there a guided imagery track with music, but track two is a brief set of tips to help you improve the quality of your sleep.
